Customers can participate through a CSP or independently. Events occur weekdays from 3 to 8 P.M.

Key details

Daily curtailment participants can earn a $200 incentive per average kW reduction per season. Targeted dispatch participants can earn a $45 incentive per average kW reduction per season, as well as a $10 kW bonus averaged across all weekend events.
Notifications sent at least 24 hours prior; 2-3 hours each. Daily curtailment events are called between 30-60 times per summer. Targeted events occur 3-8 times per summer.
