Eligible C&I customers commit to a load reduction target and are paid for availability and performance across seasons.

Key details

Incentives include capacity payments per kW pledged ($20/kW pledged in the summer and $8/kW for all other seasons) plus $0.45/kWh performance bonus during events.
Events are called up to 5 times per season, and customers reduce load between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays.
Customers receive capacity payments per pledged kW and performance-based incentives after each season.
