Residential customers with eligible smart thermostats can enroll online and receive incentives for allowing BWP to adjust setpoints during demand events.
Key details
Participants receive $75 upon enrollment and $50 each season for continued participation; no bidding process is required.
Events are dispatched with at least one-hour notice and can occur Monday to Friday between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m., up to 20 times per season.
Incentives are paid as bill credits based on seasonal enrollment and event participation.
