All residential customers with AMI meters and eligible smart devices can participate by reducing consumption during Reward Hours.
Key details
Dominion notifies customers by text or email of Reward Hours events during peak times.
Customers could earn between $1 – $1.25 for each hour they reduce their home's electricity usage during reward hours. That means on average customers could earn between $20 – $30 a year if responding to all reward hours.
