Commercial customers with dispatchable load or generators can enroll via DME to participate in ERS.

Key details

Customers bid into ERS-10 or ERS-30 windows and DME aggregates submissions to ERCOT.
Dispatch occurs during ERCOT-declared emergency events when capacity is needed.
Participants are paid through ERCOT market compensation via DME aggregation.
