Commercial customers can participate via CSP or independently. Daily participants: $200/kW, 30-60 events. Targeted: $35/kW, 3-8 events.

$200 per kW for daily, $35 per kW for targeted, $10 kW bonus for weekends.
Events last 2-3 hours, called between 3 P.M. and 8 P.M., with 24-hour notice.
