New resource Less than 1 MW in size (no minimum system size) Located within Community Power service territory Certified by the California Energy Commission (CEC) as an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource (“ERR”) and described in the most current edition of the CEC’s Renewables Portfolio Standard (“RPS”) Eligibility Guidebook (“Guidebook”) Interconnected to the SDG&E distribution grid Permitted by the appropriate jurisdictional agency Execute Community Power’s standard, non-negotiable FIT Power Purchase Agreement
