Participants recieve $50 per device for residential customers, and $100 per device for commercial customers, as well as an annual participation incentive for staying enrolled (up to $50 per device for residential customers, and up to $100 per device for commercial customers)

Dispatches are 1–2 hour events with minor temperature setbacks, including winter and summer.

Settlement is based on event participation through thermostat connectivity, with automatic bill credits.
