To get started, participants can register through the GOPACS platform or contact Enexis directly through their official website. Participants typically need to offer at least 100 kW of flexibility, either individually or through aggregation.

Key details

Not a traditional auction-style process. Instead, flexibility is procured through contractual agreements and market-based platforms like GOPACS, where participants can offer their flexibility services in response to real-time grid needs.
When grid congestion is forecasted or occurs, Enexis sends a bid request via the GOPACS platform. This can happen from 15:30 the day before up to 45 minutes before the required action window
Participants are paid only if their flexibility is activated. The payment is based on the bid price submitted via GOPACS.
