C&I customers with firm service agreements curtail load on request and receive bill credits per committed kW.

Key details

Participants receive monthly credits based on plan option ranging from $2.55/kW/month for 200-hour availability to $0.98/kW/month for 50-hour availability.
Customers must curtail to firm demand within 30 minutes of notice during grid stress events.
Non-compliance leads to penalties per kW not curtailed during events; no bidding process is involved.
