Commercial or industrial customers can participate by nominating at least 100 kW of interruptible load through a 5-year agreement.

Key details

Participants receive $2.30 per kW-month for committed interruptible load, subject to performance requirements.
Dispatch is mandatory with 30-minute notice and may occur any time during the year.
Settlement is based on compliance with load curtailment and includes penalties for non-performance.
