Large commercial or industrial customers, or aggregators of such customers, can participate by nominating curtailable loads for MISO market dispatch through Cleco.

Key details

Participants receive 95% of MISO DR settlement revenues; Cleco retains a 5% admin fee or $500 minimum.

Dispatch occurs in response to MISO DR product requirements, including day-ahead offers and real-time events.

Settlement is based on MISO DR performance rules; Cleco forwards revenues net of admin fees.
