Residential electric customers with eligible smart thermostats can enroll to reduce AC use during summer peak events.

Key details

Participants receive a $50 gift card upon enrollment and $25 annually for meeting participation thresholds.
During events, BWL adjusts thermostats by 2–4°F for up to 4 hours on summer weekdays with 24 hours notice.
Participants are paid based on enrollment and annual participation in event days.
