Commercial and industrial customers can enroll to curtail winter peak demand through contractual agreements.

Key details

Participants receive capacity and energy credits based on PJM RPM or Net CONE values.
Customers are dispatched up to 10 times per season for peak shaving events.
Payments are based on verified load reductions measured against a customer baseline with guaranteed load drop or firm service level.
