Large commercial Pomona Choice Energy customers can enroll to commit to temporary load reductions during grid events.
Key details
Participants receive $2 per kWh reduced and an additional $1 per kW capacity payment for exceeding nominations.
Events occur May–October with day-ahead or day-of notification; customers reduce load temporarily during peak grid stress.
Payments are based on metered performance and issued periodically through the season.
