Commercial customers in PRIME territory can enroll to reduce electricity during CAISO-called events.

Key details

Participants receive $2 per kWh reduced during dispatched events.
Events are called by CAISO with day-ahead or day-of notification, typically 4–9 p.m.
Participants receive bill credits for verified load reductions with no penalties for nonperformance.
