Residential customers can enroll directly to receive $1/kWh in bill credits for reducing usage during event windows.

Key details

Participants earn $1 per kWh reduced during event hours compared to their normal usage baseline.
Event days are called 2–6 p.m. on high-demand weekdays in summer, with advance notice to participants.
Bill credits are applied on the next electric bill based on kWh reduced during events.
