Residential EV owners can participate directly by enrolling through OptiWatt to allow the utility to shift charging off-peak.

Key details

Participants are enrolled via vendor (OptiWatt); Participants will receive a $50 bill credit incentive for each EV that joins the program (a $25 bill credit will be applied to your utility account when you sign up and a second $25 bill credit will be applied at the end of the year).
Charging is shifted off-peak based on grid needs via managed charging controls.
Settlement approach not published; assumed to be reviewed post-pilot.
