Term-DLM requires three-five year commitment on weekdays. Auto-DLM requires three-five year commitment, must be available 7 days/week from 6am-12am.
Key details
Participants receive a reservation payment that is equal to the applicable Incentive Rate per kW per Capability Period multiplied by the Applicant Portfolio Quantity multiplied by the Applicant Aggregation Average Season Performance Factor. Additionally, participants receive a performance payment.
Notification occurs 21 hours prior to curtailment event for Term-DLM, and 10-minutes prior for Auto-DLM.
An Average Season Performance Factor below 0.00 results in a penalty with money due to the Company
