Participants provide capability and price through bilateral contracts or the Balancing Mechanism, depending on the specific system security service (e.g., intertrips, max generation, restoration).

Settlement is via contract payments or Balancing Mechanism payments, covering availability (where applicable) and any utilisation during dispatch events.
