Participants must be enrolled in passive dispatch to recieve upfront incentives.

Key details

In addition to installation incentives up to 50% of battery installation, associated with Passive Dispatch enrollment, these is a $200/kW summer performance incentive and $25/kW performance incentive for enrolling in Active Dispatch, for the first five years. In years 6-10 of the program, the incentive is adjusted to $115/kW for summer dispatches and $15/kW for winter dispatches.
Options to enroll in Active Dispatch or Passive Dispatch. Passive Dispatch occurs Monday - Friday in the months of June, July, and August, except for holidays, 5-8pm. Active Dispatch events are a maximum of 3 hours, between 12-9pm, June through September and November through March.
Participants recieving upfront installation incentives must be enrolled and perform in passive dispatch events for 10 years. Exiting from the Program early or non-performance will require a prorated portion of the upfront incentive to be returned.
