Participants receive a $0.04/kWh credit on first 400 kWh used from midnight–8 a.m. on standard rates; $0.01/kWh on TOU rate.
Credit applied automatically month‑to‑month for qualifying off‑peak usage.
Billed monthly with credit applied on qualifying kWh usage.
