FPL controls at least 200 kw of the Customer's load, or agrees to operate Backup Generation Equipment (see Definitions) and designate (if applicable) additional controllable demand to serve at least 200 kw of the Customer's own load during periods when the Company is controlling load.

FPL's Custom Incentive Program offers financial incentives for energy-saving ideas that reduce at least 25 kW during peak demand periods (June - September).

The On Call Savings Program by FPL allows businesses to receive bill credits for allowing A/C cycling during peak times, active April to October.
